Basically, a traced shot from one those MMD videos that I watched as a teen back in the day...
And probably the original MMD video featuring this shot is possibly lost media and is from a video on where Teto was doing a "Happy Synthesizer" dance with this MMD model created by 'Nanami'. I'll edit this post later on if it's actually NOT lost fan media.
