It's funny that I like this more than Ranma ½ as both of those series has the main protagonists switched to girls in their own way (one of them being drowned on where a girl was fallen somewhere into the "cursed springs" in Jusenkyo, China while the other one had a sister AKA Mihari that has quite an IQ that turned her older brother AKA Mahiro into a girl from one of her experiments), but it's been one of those animes that I've been looking forward to watch for some reasons as the art style is really nice and kinda gives me "Aikatsu Planet!" vibes... Even one of the singers of theme opening is freakin' Pmaru-sama for "Identeitei Meltdown" along with Enako!
And just like with 'Puniru Is a Cute Slime', this one did receive physical releases in Japan that are the Blu-ray box sets. Aside from that, I'm just not really sure that I can go into Ranma ½ like this one as I feel like the premise of that one feels more strange to me than what Onimai is. Even I've also already heard about that Ranma reboot back in 2024. Anyway, these are just a bit of my thoughts that I feel like Onimai deserves a DVD release as I'm interested into checking this one out at some point.
