While I'm glad to see that there's two Blu-ray box sets are gonna come soon within Japan for this year, but as somebody who wants to watch the show without paying for Crunchyroll (as there are other anime shows that I have in mind as I would like to watch like Onimai and Etotama to name a few), I actually want this series to have its own DVD release for some reasons as I wanna watch the entire episodes someday (especially within the west if it ever gets there).
But if it ever gets a western physical release, I just don't want this to be a Blu-ray exclusive release by Sentai Filmworks as they only tend to do Blu-ray releases nowadays (as they used to do DVD releases too). But man, despite the streaming stuff going on, I just feel like physical media is so much better to have rather than watching stuff purely on streaming. Especially whenever they take a certain show off of the streaming platform (no matter if it's Crunchyroll or whatever), you don't necessarily need to worry about it when you already have it in the palm of your hands.
