Basically the "Avenger" version of the titular character as it's one of those moments throughout the merchandise without wearing any gloves, shoes, socks and he's wearing his swimming shirt, trunks, and a pair of shades. Oh, I should mention that Chuck's swimwear from one of the tattoos from this same era share the same exact colors as PTT Chuck AKA Big C's casual main clothing (along with Tux Chuck as well despite mainly wearing black and white as he still keeps the derby hat that has those same colors though).
And I also should mention that this stock art was used for one of the plushies originally released back in 2009 as it was one of those surfer themed plushies. But the only difference (aside from the surfboard being shown right next to him) is that he's wearing sandals on his feet.
