Yep, it's officially a running gag within Himitsu no AiPri whenever a character that turns into something like this:
This is a screenshot that I took for the preview of episode 30 (AKA the Halloween themed episode that's coming up) that Mitsuki turns into this as she got scared over something that we just gotta find out within the next episode when it comes out. And this is the second time that she has turn into this.
