Especially on Necky's case when it comes to the eyes tho!
And as to what certain Chuck E. Cheese as I'm specifically referring to, it's the debut of the "Avenger" design on how he looked like that through the commercials only (despite they actually called him "Cool Chuck" back in the late 90's there)... But as for Necky, he literally did debut like that while also cosplaying one of Mickey Mouse's famous appearances as Mickey was the "Sorcerer's Apprentice" in Fantasia as it was from issue 7 released back in September 5th, 1986 that you can find Necky's first ever appearance in before he would become the main mascot for a lot more issues to come.
