Man, I think I've heard this song for like a decade now! And that was through the help that I was into Haruka Nana (yes, that UTAU character) singing it back into the 2010's that made me like the song at some point. And as for this song, it's not that bad! Even it was a animation meme back in the day as it was called: "Poka Poka" of using one character hitting the other character who's completely stiff... Plus, no hammer was used within those animation meme videos, but only fists.
As for what this song is based on, it's based on the melody of the "Hammer" tune whenever Mario uses the hammer in Donkey Kong. Yes, that Mario and Donkey Kong! And look up both songs to see on what I really mean if you can.
So, I thought it would be fitting for Baby Necky on how the lyrics went as if you can translate them (despite he probably doesn't have a mother of his own due to being born as a "pod baby" back up in the Mad Star planet according to my headcanons) alongside with that Nintendo connection. Even I had to look up the melody that was based on for myself the one time since hardly anyone mentioned it including Google's AI when it comes to its "daily fun facts" that's built-in within the search engine on how it would quickly pop-up those facts.
P.S. I'm a fan of Haruka Nana to this day! And speaking of her, she's got an anniversary coming up soon as I'm writing this.
