As for those that don't know what this idea is for, it's basically a thing for my Ninjala parody for Animaniacs that I've recently talked about.
This is when we get to see both Skat and Yakko around the same height as Wakko or Dot! Due to the candy that they were eating (just like on how it effects the adults that are also taller than the kids in Ninjala). But of course, not everyone is effected to shrink down in-size (like the other two Warner siblings that I've already mentioned or some other characters like Gummy Bear and Necky the Fox).
Plus, we all know that Skat is already in adulthood while with Yakko though, he likely could be a teen that's older than 13 or an young adult according to what I've heard from. And speaking of Skat, he'll pretty much loose that goatee whenever he's a kitten again.
P.S. Was originally gonna use a DeviantArt template for this idea, but I didn't like the templates on there for this case so, I basically made by own little thing by using existing images shown here.
