Yeah, I used to make dumb stuff like this as a kid as this is just an old, traced drawing from the past. It's even years before that Tom Ruegger made his own rainbow Yakko with those pride flag colors! And speaking of that certain flag, this certainly has nothing to do with it. Plus, this was traced off of an official coloring book page pose rather than fanart.
