Since there wasn't any decent drawings of this Chuck (as many of them that I found that were based on the "Rockstar" version) that I've found so far, so I decided to give it a shot to draw him as a "mer-mouse".
While the coloring could've been better (especially if I was a digital artist by now), I think it came out good! And perhaps the fintail could've been bigger, I think it's alright as I didn't wanna ruin the paper as I was drawing this little setup including the character himself on there.
