While I guess this official name isn't too bad at some point (at least it's better than the other possible name choice AKA "Kitakky/Kitacky"), but I think I'm attached to the that other name that to me sounds better as it doesn't sound generic and too literal for a fictional character's name. Heck, this isn't entirely new on people in fandoms on where they suddenly make names up or get attached by a certain name that sticks with them whenever a character that they've been watching this whole time get an actual name that they're not so pleased or satisfied with (like with the infamous but beloved "Derpy Hooves" from MLP or that "Baby Yoda" character from the Mandalorian who really isn't Yoda in "baby form" at all).
And man, when I should be going to bed as I really got to do things in the day soon like taking care more of my dad, getting many of those late bills payed (despite I really don't drive) and etc... My mind wanted to be excited about this since they finally revealed the names for the characters (especially the two main ones I previously talked on my blog before) as they were just announced not too long ago. While I'm happy (no pun intended) to see Charmy's name actually being canon as I like that one the most that I predicted, I wanna wish more fans could call this little dude "Ricky" more often if there's more of a fanbase for these recent characters that are outside of Japan that were anticipating this kind of stuff (if anyone besides me, that is).
Again, I don't hate the finalized name for "Happy" here, but even my human Mii in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream based on the little dude pictured above looks better with the name than something being named: "Happy" for Pete's sake. Plus, I know I'm not posting a whole lot since I mentioned my dad is in hospice and etc. as I do wanna spend a bit more time with him alongside on focusing on playing Miitopia as it's something different to play as I feel like Tomodachi Life is just a filler game to make ya "do something" (unless if the game gets updated with more content than just the same old filler content we've been getting this whole time for instance)... Just saying.
